Carter had a great Easter weekend! We started out by taking him to our church's egg hunt on Saturday. He wasn't very interested in the hunt, but he did like to throw the eggs and play on the slide on the playground. At least he had a good time!
On Sunday, he woke up to an Easter basket filled with his favorite things- books, Veggie Tales, and candy. The Easter Bunny knew how to make him happy! That afternoon, we took him outside to hunt eggs in the backyard, and he really got into the hunt this time. He also got to play with his new bubble wand, which he thought was really fun. His grandparents gave him a set of maracas for Easter. He has been playing with them ever since, much to the chagrin of Sweetie dog!
